Profiled Candidate Letter

advertisement
Congratulations, you’ve made it through the
recruitment process and are now an ATT profiled apprentice
candidate!
The next stage will involve our Area Managers talking to our
network of Host Businesses about you and our marketing
team sending out your profile to potential Hosts.
When an opportunity arises we will be in touch to discuss
this with you. You will then be invited to attend an interview
with the Host Business. If you make a good impression with
the Host and are the right fit for their business we will move
to the final stages of the process listed below.
1. You will be required to undergo a drug test conducted
by NZDDA prior to starting work (if you fail this no offer of
employment will be made. ATT have a zero tolerance of
drugs in the workplace). ATT does not recognise any other
informal drug tests.
2. You will be required to pay the upfront signup /
commitment fee of $1250. ATT Scholarship assistance is
potentially available to certain applicants who fulfil certain
criteria. An application form for this can be requested.
Please ensure you do the following to assist:
• Make sure you check your phone regularly (keep it
charged and with credit so we can reach you to set up an
interview).
• Notify us of any change of contact details (phone number
or email address) or change of circumstances resulting in
you not wanting to proceed further.
• Maintain your current driver’s licence (this is required to
become an apprentice).
• Prepare for Hep A, B and Tetanus Vaccinations (these will
be at your cost and are requested prior to start date)
Please contact a member of the Recruitment Team on
0800 187 878 or your ATT Area Manager if you have any
questions.
Once again, congratulations on becoming a profiled
apprentice candidate. We look forward to finding a
placement for you and having you join our team as an ATT
apprentice.
