Dear North America Seller Performance Team,
Thank you for providing me the chance to appeal my seller account’s issues related
to violations of the Amazon Marketplace Fair Pricing Policy.
What went wrong:
• I failed to understand the Amazon guideline and applicable laws regarding to the
fair market pricing policy.
• My listing included products, which can’t be sold at the price that it was listed.
• I take full responsibility for this issue and would like to share my plan of action,
which describes how I will prevent this from happening again.
What I have done to fix the issue:
• I have carefully reviewed all Amazon policies, guidelines and help pages,
especially the ones regarding the fair market pricing policy on Amazon,
understood all the requirements to maintain my seller account fully compliant and
educated myself about the price ranges of certain items.
• After having the policy violations posted to my account some of my immediate
actions were to remove every item who violates the fair pricing policy
• Then I also double checked all the remaining listings to make sure that the
pricings of the items are set accurately within the threshold and are fully compliant
with the rules that Amazon has set forth.
What I will do to prevent this from happening again:
• Before listing any new items on Amazon. I will verify the pricing of items not
just in Amazon but in retails stores and other marketplace platforms.
• I will regularly review the Amazon policies again to catch any of their updates
and monitor changes in laws and regulations to ensure I can immediately take
action and proactively remove any potentially incompliant listings on time.
• Any products that the price has not been verified in deep will not be listed.
I believe, that this plan sufficiently addresses the issues and will prevent it from
occurring again. I look forward to resolving these policy violations and reformed
myself to sell my products within
Thank you,
