SHSR Masking Company is going to run a standard and licensed face mask distribution company
whose products will not only be sold in Selby Johannesburg but also throughout South Africa
We are in the Surgical Apparel Manufacturing industry to make profits and also to give our
customers safety and value for their money. These are some of the products that we will be offering;
•
Distribution and sales of different types of face masks such as cloth face masks, medical
(non-surgical) masks, surgical masks, and filtering facepiece respirators such as N95 masks and FFP
masks.
•
The distribution and sales of face shields, medical goggles and other types of protective
equipment(PPE) often used together with face masks.
SHSR Masking Company is established with the aim of competing favourably with other leading face
mask brands in the industry. This is why we will ensure that we put the right structures in place that
will support the kind of growth that we have in mind while setting up the business.
We will ensure that we only hire people that are qualified, honest, hardworking, customer centric
and are ready to work to help us build a prosperous business that will benefit all the stake holders
(the owners, workforce, and customers).
As a matter of fact, profit-sharing arrangement will be made available to all our senior management
staff and it will be based on their performance for a period of ten years or more depending how fast
we meet our set target.

It will be difficult to get skilled workers that may be needed in the business. It would take a
very long time for the business to grow and become successful.
Opportunities:
SHSR Mask Production has cloth face masks,medical masks and filtering face respiratored
masks. All our masks are used for the same purposes. Just the material ones are more
comfortable to some people , the medical face mask is 3 ply and is also very safe to use out
in this pandemic , lastly is the filtered respirated face mask ,this mask can be used as a
medical masks and can be used as a material mask .
SHSR Mask Production has made it easier for people to just order masks online , we do
transportation in inner cities and they do shipment to overseas.

Threats:
SHSR Mask Production is a great running business , the only bad thing is that other
companies shouldn't make same masks as us and sell it cheaper than our masks .
If things like that happens in our business we can make a great loss. One more thing is that
we need great security guards,guarding the gates so that no theft will be prevented.
