I’ve enclosed the materials that will be used for your booth. Here is the agenda for the day: 8:00 am Volunteer Orientation Morning refreshments available to volunteers 8:10 am Group #1 will arrive Students will be greeted and given their folder as they gather in the bleachers 9:25 am Students will have approximately one hour to work through each booth. 9:55 am Group #1 “check out” and complete evaluations 10:00 am Group #2 will arrive Students will be greeted and given their folder as they gather in the bleachers 10:15 am Students will have approximately one hour to work through each booth. 11:15 am Group #2 “check out” and complete evaluations Morning refreshments will be provided. Any prep work for your booth will be done ahead of time, we just need your time and expertise! However, you are welcome to personalize your booth as you see fit.
