COACHING AGREEMENT
(the “Agreement”)
THIS AGREEMENT is entered into between Sulaiman Botha. A sole proprietor with a
registered address at Gate 16, Thornham, Humansdorp District Sulaiman and the
undersigned (the “Client”), and made effective as of the date below (the “Effective Date”).
WHEREAS
A. The Company agrees to provide business coaching Services for the Client.
B. The Client desires to engage the Coach for access to the coaching program. For
good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby
acknowledged, the Client and Coach hereby agree to the terms and conditions set
out below:

Responsibilities:
1. The Client understands that coaching is not to be used as a substitute for
professional advice by legal, mental, medical or other qualified professionals and
will seek independent professional guidance for such matters.
2. The Client affirms that he or she is at least 18 years of age as of the Effective Date.
Services:
1. The Company and its assigned coach, Sulaiman Botha will provide an 8-week
coaching program delivered via Notion (the “Twitter Domination Program”);
2. The client understands that they will not lose access to the training material after
starting the programme.
3. Sulaiman will typically respond within 24 business hours to any support requested
via Telegram
4. For the duration of the program, the client may have up to one call with Sulaiman
per week, for up to one hour, initiated by the Client. The client understands that
they need to initiate the call themselves. The client understands that Sulaiman
Botha will not reach out to the client to initiate the call. The client understands that
they will only have the option to have up to 1 call per week for the duration of the
program. The Client understands that they have to write out all the questions for
Sulaiman & send them to Sulaiman prior to the call otherwise Sulaiman will
cancel the call.
Fees + Schedule:
1. The unlimited support via Telegram provided by the Coach is included in the fee.
The Agreement is not an ongoing agreement and will be terminated following the
initial 8-week term. The Client must make the payment in full as described below.
a. Payment: The investment is $3.3k and it is due in full or through an
agreed-upon payment plan prior to the start of the Coaching Program.
2. The Client understands and acknowledges that upon failure to make payment the
Company may at its discretion legally pursue the Client for the amounts owing.
3. There will be no refunds under any circumstances.
Call Cancellation Policy
1. The Client agrees that it is the Client’s responsibility to notify the Coach of a
cancellation no less than 24 business hours in advance of the scheduled calls and
that any failure to provide such notice will result in the Client forfeiting the call for
that week.
Confidentiality:
1. The Coach agrees not to disclose any information pertaining to the Client without
the Client’s written consent.
2. The Client agrees not to replicate or imitate the coaching program in any way. Any
form of replication will lead to the automatic termination of the Agreement and
legal action may be taken by the Company.
Limited Liability:
Except as expressly provided in this Agreement, the Company and its Coach make no
guarantees or warranties, expressed or implied. No results are promised or guaranteed for
the Client. The Client understands that his or her outcomes from participation in this
Coaching Program are entirely dependent on the actions that they take and that neither
the Company nor the Coach is responsible for creating those outcomes.
This Agreement will be governed by the laws of The Republic Of South Africa.
This is the entire Agreement of the parties and reflects a complete understanding of the
parties with respect to the subject matter. This Agreement supersedes all prior written
and oral representations.
I agree to do a video interview testimonial for Sulaiman when I get the advertised end
result of making $10 000 in sales.
