· What can you say about products that have the same features and almost a
copycat of the original design especially those that are made in China?
China remains the world's manufacturing hub for counterfeit goods of any type,
whether we like it or not. Despite China's ambitions to become a creative powerhouse in
this century and corporate pressure, the fact is that copying is still a lucrative and effective
method to generate money. In a fast-changing country like ours, there's no better or more

Read the EULA (End-User License Agreement) of Windows Operating System.
What is stipulated with respect to ownership of the software?
I learned that the EULA is a contract between software suppliers or developers
and users after visiting EULA-related websites. The program can now be disseminated
without trespassing on third-party intellectual property rights, according to this agreement.
All intellectual creations are protected by copyright law. This means that only the copyright
holder has the authority to replicate and redistribute his or her work; in the technical
sense, this means that copying or distributing software or its documentation without the
consent of the copyright holder is illegal.
