we also need to know what are the things that our
business can lose.
From what we observed in the market of chicken
products, most parts of the chicken are separated from
the feet, breast, drum stick, head and even the internal
organs such as the liver and gizzard and there are also
the intestines.
SURVEY
In surveying your products you can ask your neighbors
what is better to do in selling your product, you can also
shop with them to find out their opinions on your built
chicken coop business and you can also post on social
media of your products to make it easier and better for
you to sell more. In our survey we asked people what do
they prefer the cheap or the expensive? Of course many
said they prefer the cheap price of chicken.

According to the two most important quality attributes for
broiler meat are appearance and texture. Appearance is
critical for both the consumers' initial selection of the
product as well as for final product satisfaction.
Our goal for our customers is that we can provide them
with beautiful and quality chicken meat and at the same

For our strategies, our products are packed properly and
each meat can be separated from the head, wings, neck,
breast, legs, and even its insides such as the liver and
intestines, so that it is easier for consumers to see their
purchases.
And of course we also implement order and keep our sold
chicken meats fresh by always fresh butchering our meat
for our customers.

So for our chosen business, we used broiler chicken
because broiler production is the main goal of our
business.

clean.

As we build this business, our goal is to expand what we

chicken companies such as bounty fresh, magnolia, fresh
option and others as time comes.
4. SPECIFY POULTRY LOCATION
The location of our farm is in Ward 3 Brgy Grullo San
Narciso Zambales. This is the location we chose because of
the resources and also close to the houses and along the
highway so that it is easier for our buyers to see.
5. FINANCIAL PLAN AND USE OF
FUNDS
Having a place of meat stall is different from selling
online, because at the stall/market you will pay your
electricity, rent, taxes. Having a meat store is not easy and
not difficult if you know how to manage it. you need to
know strategies on how to make your money grow fast.
