Family time during and after the pandemic Our life with our families changed drastically during the pandemic. During the pandemic, we were able to spend more quality time with our family members because we were almost stuck at home so to prevent boredom, interacting with other family members was necessary. One of many activities was game nights. For example, games like Uno, twister, dice games, and other board games were held often. Another activity was movie nights. Watching comedy genre movies was the best because everyone enjoyed it. Consequently, spending more time with our families led to boosting and strengthening the relations between the members of the family. Which led to improve communication between the members. Although improvements were made in family time during the pandemic, not all families kept the same program after the pandemic ended. Family time decreased because the members barely had enough time to cover daily responsibilities, from school to studying to housework, therefore relations between family members became weaker, which affected the communication between parents and their kids. Thanks to the pandemic we realized that it is necessary to spend more time with our family. Unfortunately, now that we don't have much time to spare we need to manage our time properly so that we can increase the family time in our program.
