assignment.

MONITORING
As the task: putting in place procedures to keep track of your volunteers, regularly communicating with
them receiving feedback and tracking their progress ensure that the volunteers’ wellbeing, including
their safety and security and regularly checking on volunteers
As a volunteer manager: keep track of your volunteer’s overall welfare, progress of their assignment or
activity as well as their inputs, provide advice and information in a timely manner
As the process: important monitoring discipline that supposed to capture relevant data and information
on how your volunteer program or activity has helped achieve its strategic goals and objectives
