Jarliechan Vincent B. Cabuguas BSEE 1-3 REFLECTION on 30-DAY Fitness Program EXPERIENCE This past month is really the best month for me mentally. In this month many things happen some of the are really bad and some are good. On the Good things, I was always in the good mood it’s been like this since I started my fitness program unlike the past 2 years where we are force to stay on our home due to pandemic like most of the people, I was not physically active and due to this I was drained emotionally and, in this period, I don’t know what’s going on to me but I can’t control my emotions and I can’t keep a good mood. Until this program started, I never experienced fitness program this long so when this program made it our last project I was pumped up because I really looking forward to it and maybe this experience may motivate me to have a healthy life physically or mentally. After the 30 day Fitness Program, even though my body language doesn’t really change that much but the exercise have significant impact on my mental health. I’m always fired up everyday I don’t laze around before I was always tired everyday and just try to sleep when I don’t have work to do. Lastly, this is my experience on the 30-Day Fitness Program and it’s impact on me. 1st DAY 30th DAY
