The client used to compete in bodybuilding competitions. After a small injury the client
got obese so now the primary goal is decreease the amount of fat put on and bring back
his old physique. For that his endurance has been increased with muscle mass. To know
the current strength and weakness of the client assessments like curl-up test to test the
strength of core, press-up strength to know the upper body strength, cardiovascular tests
12min walk/run to test the endurance,and Range of Motion assessments to check the
flexibility.As a competitive bodybuilder the client is self-motivated and training is
enjoyable for him. The programme given was suitable for him and the client enjoyed it.
Even Though at the starting phase the client did not like cardio but now he's enjoying it.
Workouts for the shoulder, back and legs are his favourite. Due to his discipline and
hardwork significant changes were made like he lost about 3kg in weight and changes in
body composition. The client was satisfied with the routine and enjoyed it. The client was
happy due to the results in a safe and efficient way till now. The client kept nutrition
intact and didn't break the diet due to his background. Even though the client is self
motivated strategies like taking a before and after picture and body composition
reassessment was applied.
