TO ENTER YOUR MAX: PLEASE MAKE A COPY OF THE FILE
FIRST! Mobile: click on the three black dots on the top right
hand corner. Then click "share & export," then "make a copy." If
on desktop: "File," then "Make a Copy"
Notes: 1.) You can include bicep and tricep work on the two push
days. 2.) Push Press weights aren't calculated, you just got to figure
the number yourself. Its mainly meant to warm up your shoulders
before bench. 3.) Only run this 4 week program 2x. Run it once,
deload, then run it again. If you do more, you'll most likley won't
make much progress after running it twice. 4.) Don't change any
cells in this spreadsheet besides enter the max cells 5.) Make sure
you make a copy first, before you can enter your own maxes 6.)If
