My name is Nicki, I am the international wedding planner behind Souvenir Weddings & Events, and I absolutely love my work. Nothing feels more rewarding than the
smiles on my couples’ faces when they say ‘Yes, I do’ or when they open the dance floor with their first dance! I love creating beautiful weddings, especially for couples who
live abroad, and have different cultural backgrounds but also for couples who want to have a destination wedding.

All these aspects make wedding planning more complex and difficult than a “normal” wedding and I am here to help you through this amazing journey! Being Swiss-Belgian
and having married a Mexican-Dutch, I have personally experienced the challenges that an intercultural and multilingual wedding brings ;-)
For me, it is extremely important that you, as a couple, enjoy every moment of wedding planning. I am here to answer your questions, take care of the stressful tasks, and
give you all the support you need.
I love to hear your stories, plans, ideas so that we can make sure that your
wedding really reflects both of your personalities! During our first meeting, we
will get to know each other and I will share with you tips on how and where to
start, how to make sure to respect your budget, and more.

It goes without saying that I love organizing weddings for everyone and that I
don’t discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, gender, gender expression,
age, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, or anything else!

We were so lucky to have Nicki's help to plan and coordinate our wedding.
She was consistently responsive and flexible which made the planning process
super easy. I loved how she always thought of so many things that were totally
not on my radar. She also had great advice on negotiating with vendors which
saved us a lot. Another thing we really liked was that she speaks English and
German, perfectly. This was very helpful for interacting with all the vendors
and our guests!
As the wedding day schedule needed to change on the fly, Nicki managed
everything behind the scenes to ensure it ran smoothly and stayed enjoyable
for us and our guests. Knowing that all we had to do was relax and enjoy the
day was a huge relief. We felt like guests at our own wedding and our friends
loved her too! It was truly our dream wedding day and we couldn't have done

daughter. All I can say is that they seemed to disappear into the background while
seamlessly working throughout the day (and weeks before) to allow the wedding and
reception to unfold completely naturally and effortlessly for my daughter, her

anxious that two things happen: 1) my daughter not spend the day worrying and 2)
