How are you managing stress? In your research about managing stress, what tips have you found most useful (outline at least three)? What is the best method you have discovered? It may be frustrating, stressful, and emotionally draining to be battling with challenges. The symptoms of stress can be reduced by finding the right therapy and support, as well as by learning effective coping mechanisms. I've observed that I often worry and stress about work when I could be doing other activities to care for my mental health and myself. By planning some breaks throughout my week where I engage in other enjoyable activities like attending community events or taking my dog for a stroll in the park, I can take a break from my daily stress. Knowing when to ask for assistance with professional responsibilities so that I may free myself from the fear and anxiety attached to them is also useful in my opinion. It is easy to get caught up in the hustle and bustle of daily life and spend all of your downtime catching up on work or browsing through Instagram. Schedule some relaxation as well, in order to have a good work-life balance and feel satisfied in your personal situation. What does this mean for you? Spend some time caring for yourself by engaging in discussions with friends and relaxing activities like listening to music. Encourage communication by keeping a diary or relaxing alone with a good book—whatever makes you happy!
