Authority Act passed by the Parliament in December, 1985. The Act
(2 of 1986) came into effect from 13th February, 1986.

Apparel Export Promotion Council
Incorporated in 1978, AEPC is the official body of apparel exporters in
India. Head Office in Gurgaon with Registered Office at Okhla
 Objective-To promote, advance, increase, develop export of all types of
readymade garments, excluding, woollen knitwear and garments of
leather, jute and hemp.
 AEPC attains the vision by facilitating industry to achieve national targets
on export promotion, employment generation , productivity enhancement
and brand creation in a responsible and progressive manner and thereby
providing enhanced value to the consumers in specific and society
at large.

Spices Board











Spices Board of India was established in 1987 Kochi, kerala, India
It was formed to develop, promote and regulate export of 52 spices
and spice products that fall under its purview. It also engages in the
promotion of production, processing, domestic marketing and export
of cardamom (both small and large).
The Board is an international link between the Indian exporters and
the importers abroad. The Board has been spearheading activities for
excellence of Indian spices, involving every segment of the industry.













It was created under the Companies Act of 1956 with the principal purpose of giving
added push to the initiatives required for taking export of Jute goods to a sustainable
higher level.
To protect, support, develop, promote, increase and maintain the export of all types of
jute, jute blended and jute union products made from jute fiber, yarn, twine and fabric for
conventional, technical and new diversified uses and to carry out such activities in such a
manner as may be necessary for growth in jute diversified products.
To contribute to the overall development of jute sector with encouragement of growth of
entrepreneurs, investments, markets, human resources, supply bases, environment and
social welfare.

The Indian Silk Export Promotion Council (ISEPC) was established in 1983 as
an Apex Body of exporters, manufacturers, merchandisers, not for profit,
under Companies Act duly sponsored by the Ministry of Textiles, Government
of India.
Establish contacts with the presepective buyers to generate their
interest in Indian Silk products. Sponsor trade delegation, study teams and

Coffee Board Of India

The Coffee Board is a statutory organization constituted under Section (4) of the
Coffee Act, 1942 and functions under the administrative control of the Ministry of
Commerce and Industry, Government of India.
The Board comprises 33 Members including the Chairperson. The remaining 32
Members representing various interests are appointed as per provisions under
Section 4(2) of the Coffee Act read with Rule 3 of the Coffee Rules, 1955.
The Board is mainly focusing its activities in the areas of research, extension,
development, market intelligence, external & internal promotion and welfare
measures.
The Board has a Central Coffee Research Institute at Balehonnur (Karnataka) with a
Sub-Station at Chettalli (Karnataka) and Regional Coffee Research Stations at
Chundale (Kerala), Thandigudi (Tamil Nadu), Narasipatnam (Andhra Pradesh) and
Diphu (Assam), apart from the extension units located in coffee growing regions of
Karnataka, Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Orissa and North Eastern Region.

Tea Board Of India
Tea is one of the industries, which by an Act of Parliament
comes under the control of the Union Govt. The genesis of the
Tea Board India dates back to 1903 when the Indian Tea Cess
Bill was passed. The Bill provided for levying a cess on tea
exports - the proceeds of which were to be used for the
promotion of Indian tea both within and outside India. The
present Tea Board set up under section 4 of the Tea Act 1953
was constituted on 1st April 1954.



Tobacco is an important commercial crop grown in India. It
occupies the 3rd position in the world with an annual
production of about 800 M. kg. Of the different types
grown, FCV tobacco (Flue-Cured Tobacco), Country
Tobacco, Burley Tobacco, Bidi Tobacco, Rustica Tobacco
and Chewing Tobacco are considered important.
India is the 4th largest exporter of un-manufactured
tobacco in the world. Exports of Tobacco and Tobacco
Products contributed Rs.5969.59 crore in terms of Foreign
Exchange during 2019-20.

Indian spices. The Board is an international link
between the Indian exporters and the importers
abroad. The Board has been spearheading

CASHEW EXPORT PROMOTION COUNCIL OF INDIA
The Cashew Export Promotion Council of India(CEPC) was
established by the Government of India in the year 1955, with the
active cooperation of the cashew industry with the object of
promoting exports of cashew kernels and cashewnut shell liquid
from India. By its very set up, the Council provides the necessary
institutional frame-work for performing the different functions that
serve to intensify and promote exports of cashew kernels and
cashewnut shell liquid. The Council provides the necessary liaison
for bringing together foreign importers with member exporters of
cashew kernels. The enquiries received from the foreign importers
are circulated amongst Council members. The Council also extends
its good offices in settling complaints amicably in the matter of
exports/imports either on account of quality and /or variation in
fulfillment of contractual obligations.

Gem and Jewelry Export
Promotion Council






Gem & Jewelry Export Promotion Council (GJEPC) is an organization
set up by the Government of India (GOI) with aim to promote the Indian gem
and jewelry industry and its products.
Headquartered in Mumbai with regional offices across the country, the
Council has over 7,500 members in its fold.
The GJEPC holds the Design Inspirations seminar in Mumbai in February
each year.[10] Design Inspirations is an initiative to educate jewellers,
designers and students about the upcoming trends in the gems and
jewellery sector in India, Europe and the US.

SEPC
has

The Plastic Export Promotion
Council


The Plastics Export Promotion Council (PLEXCONCIL),
established by the Ministry of Commerce & Industry,
Department of Commerce, Government of India on 15th July,
1955, is a non-profit organisation registered under section 25 of
the Companies Act, 1956.
PLEXCONCIL is the apex body of the plastics industry in India
and represents over 2,500 exporters who manufacture/trade in
plastics products ranging from plastics raw materials to semifinished and finished items.


Wool & Woollens Export Promotion Council
(WWEPC) was established in the year 1964 with the
initiatives of the then Hon'ble Commerce Minister of
India Shri. Manubhai Shah and entrusted the
responsibilities of promotion export of all type of
wool & woollens/acrylic blended productsfrom
India. Presently, WWEPC is functioning under the
administrative control of Ministry of Textiles,
Government of India.
WWEPC has its Head Office in New Delhi and two
Regional Offices at Ludhiana and Mumbai.
Steps To Apply For Issuance Of RCMC With WWEPC On The
DGFT Website Are As Follows:
1. Navigate to https://www.dgft.gov.in
2. Click on Login button on top right corner of webpage
3. Enter the User Name, Password and CAPTCHA Code and click on Login
4. Navigate to Services > e-RCMC > Apply for e-RCMC
5. Click on Start Fresh Application or else to continue with Draft Application select and click on Proceed with
Existing Application.
6. A Dashboard with username will be displayed with Basic Details.
7. System would ask Applicant for Declaration whether he/she has updated profile or not
8. Click on Radio Button then click Yes to make sure you have updated the profile and Save & Next
9. Select Wool & Woollens Export Promotion Council and Fee Details
10. Applicant after filling all the details now proceed to Attach Documents under Attachments Section by
uploading the document from Computer folder then clicking on Upload Attachments and finally Save & Next
11. Now under the Declaration section read all the Declaration Lines
12. Click the Check box as acceptance of declaration and Enter the Place and then Save & Next
13. System would show the filled application along with documents uploaded under Application Summary.
Applicant would go ahead with the signing process by clicking Sign button
14. After that Click Payment for RCMC
