Of these investments, an Oil Refinery stands out as it seems a logical fit for the country. An international investor has made the necessary applications to construct such a facility. The output is expected to serve both local and international markets. The Investor intends to establish the facility in relatively virgin, vegetative area along the coastland of Wakanda. The location is also situated near to a major river. Aside from the oil refinery, the investor promises to develop the surrounding areas in terms of the local infrastructure and social amenities such as playgrounds for the game of Quidditch. However, some experts believe that environmental implications are likely. Voicing of this opinion has sparked a series of debate concerning the environment, including natural habitats, water resources, etc. Due to the laws of the great nation of Wakanda, it is necessary to undertake an Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) study on this proposed project. Your environmental company, The Best Environmental Company Eva Inc., has won the bid for undertaking the EIA. You are to: a) Prepare a discussion of the rational steps in the EIA process that your company should follow to complete the EIA study. b) Come up with the staffing requirements and provide justification such a team for this study. c) Identify all possible stakeholders that should be engages in this EIA process? Provide reason for the selection of these individuals or bodies.
