If a product or service fits the customer’s purpose, then it can be considered a high-quality product for that customer 2. Quality must be measured to avoid any sub-standard products, errors or inconsistencies reaching the customers. By measuring quality, a business can investigate why has something gone wrong with the quality and prevent that from occurring again. Often when one wants to create a high-quality product, they get confused about all the things that can be improved and focused on. iQuality helps remember these aspects. “Five whys” helps the employees to find a detailed cause of a problem. When a problem has come across, employees must ask the “five whys” finding out a detailed trigger to the problem, what has caused it and as many details about the problem.
