Sensitive Personal Data The information we keep may include sensitive data when required for legal purposes such as, for example, visa application or compliance with Saudi Arabian employment, social security and national laws, or when relevant for specific functions. Sensitive data may include: • Data pertaining to passport restrictions, such as data to be collected solely for visa purposes. Such data will not be used for any other reasons. Handling of Your Personal Data Please note that we have limited the access to the personal data that you provide us with during the recruitment process to only the individuals within Saudi Aramco and its affiliates and service providers that need to know and need to have access to carry out their own function. In order to safeguard your data, we have agreements in place with the aforementioned service providers that have access to the data. All Saudi Aramco and affiliate personnel who have access to your personal data operate under strict corporate guidelines to ensure the protection of the data and compliance with local data security regulations. International Transfers By continuing with this application, you acknowledge that you are aware that the data that you provide may leave the European Union and be available in Saudi Arabia and other jurisdictions outside the European Union where the UK Data Protection Act and the General Data Protection Saudi Aramco: Company General Use Regulation do not apply but where Saudi Aramco has agreements in place for lawful transfer to the Aramco Group. Retention Information of unsuccessful applicants will be kept on file for a period of one (1) year with consent of the applicant in case a position opens that meets their profile.
