Taguig probably has one of, if not the highest standards of living in Metro Manila. Meals can easily go for
as much as P300 per person, while shopping options are usually limited to boutiques. If you’re
comfortable with malls, budget options are available at Market! Market! which houses fast food chains
and bargain shops, as well as a fully stocked grocery.
2. The transport system can be confusing.
Since most people are used to the public transport system along EDSA. Therefore you will see people
walk around Taguig or take a cab. Taguig’s transport system is like big cities like Singapore or New York,
where Everything Is scheduled, so it can take some time to get used to.
3. BGC is not commuter-friendly.
Highly-urbanized cities are known for their congestion and traffic. BGC has mitigated these concerns viapedestrianfriendly streets and by having its own public transportation system. BGCbuses have three routes thatcover the entire
district: BGC Central, East Route and West Route. Commuters still have the option To ride jeepneys in BGC, but are
limited to certain route to avoid clogging up populated areaslike Bonifacio High Street and Serendra.
