Reinforce health protocol before opening the lesson for today.
Set some classroom management and other preparatory activities.
Zumba dance,break the ice by dancing with an upbeat
music or a Zumba. Ask the students to gather at the
center of the room and dance until theywill perspire.
ask you students about what they learned last meeting(Discuss
very short information if the the students have a question on the
previous lesson)





