We work hard, and then harder when it is needed What will your role be? • The role requires strong generalist problem-solving skills across different business verticals to identify, adapt, strategize, implement solutions, and hit the ground running in any of our functions • Develop Key Performance Indicators to improve customer experience and internal operational efficiency • Work with stakeholders to build and execute efficient go-to-market strategies • Contribute to improving the user experience for marketplace participants – our students, teachers, and parents • Formulate strategies to achieve business goals and drive product building • Analyze competitive offerings to strengthen our unique value proposition • Conduct secondary market research for new products and identify potential feature additions • Collaborate with other departments to understand and refine job descriptions and assist in the recruitment of talent • Be one of the first members of a small team, having the opportunity to work with senior leadership to shape the company and grow with it What are we looking for? • Work experience: 1 - 6 years & a management degree • Experience in cross-functional roles like tech, operations, marketing, hiring, etc. • Extremely curious and hungry for learning while being empathetic and ethical • Strong analytical, creative thinking, project management, and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail • Effective communication, team, and stakeholder management skills, and precise articulation to enhance our value proposition • High ownership to plan and deliver on business-related goals: thinking like an entrepreneur, managing all your dependencies, and must be able to deal with ambiguity • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment by executing and iterating rapidly • Get things done.
