Operation and Testing Procedure In assembling a prototype, there must be a plan or guide. The researcher used certain CAD tools to easily create and generate an assembly diagram. First, the researchers used PCB Wizard where it provides a wide range of tools and steps in the PCB production. The researchers also used Multisim to test whether the proposed circuit will work or not. The researcher used a breadboard to test the electronic circuits without soldering. The PCB design configuration process joins segment position and directing to characterize electrical network on a made circuit board. Next is the etching procedure, a method used to remove unwanted copper from the circuit board. Next is drilling, it is a cutting processes that use a drill bit to cut a hole of circular cross-section in solid materials. Next is the soldering procedure, which is a process used to form a permanent connection between electronic components with the help of soldering wire. Next is the testing procedure which is very necessary on making prototypes to make sure that the prototype is working. Last step is making the case of the model to protect it from dust and other environmental disturbances.
