To have a sound marketing plan, all implemented plans should be conducted properly, if not the deliver of the expected outcomes will far short to the organization. An example of a successful marking plan I was involved in the football team in High School, we needed to create a breast cancer awareness fundraising event to seek donations during our homecoming game. Our donation goal was to reach to $25,000 selling game tickets, food vendors, stadium ushers, post-game party, and a bingo prize giveaway game of $500. The implementation plan for our consist of a physical and social media flyer to announce to the school. We partner up with the student government, cheerleaders, school band, and advertising club to create a promotional flyer. Following the creation of the flyer each organization created their performance to have a successful fundraising event. Our responsibility for the football team was to win the game and give the attendees an entertaining performance. We also announce as a team on the bingo prize give away and party during half time. The cheerleaders and band gave out a great half time performance. At the end of the game, we came out with a 21 to 7 win, to follow up with bingo prize give and party. For the bingo entrance game, we charge a $2 entry card to play, having a three-prize giveaway, being a $500 dollar gift card, $250 Chic-Fil-a card, $100 footlocker, with also having accommodation to have a complementary water bottle for the game. Drake performs a 30-minute performance for final party. Our results we surpass the goal of $25,000 and made a total of $57,589 for the entire fundraising event. It went according to plan based on the leadership, hard work, creativity, and the commitment every student had to reach our goal.
