DEED OF DONATION
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
This Deed of Donation, made and executed this ____________ in Digos

W I T N E S S E T H:
WHEREAS, the DONOR is the registered owner of a parcel of land

Deeds

Davao
del
Sur,
consisting
of

WHEREAS, the DONOR desires to donate the said parcel of land to the
DONEE who is his biological child;
NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the love and affection
which the DONEE inspires the DONOR, and as an act of gratitude, pure liberality
and generosity on his part, the DONOR hereby voluntarily and freely GIVES,
TRANSFERS, AND CONVEYS, by way of donation unto the DONEE, the abovedescribed parcel of land, together with all the improvements found thereon, free
from all liens, encumbrances and charges of whatever kind;
The DONOR affirms that this donation is not made with the intent to
defraud creditors, and that he has sufficient funds and property reserved for
himself and his obligations.
The DONEE hereby accepts and receives this donation made in her favor
by the DONOR, and manifest her gratefulness for the latter’s generosity and
liberality.
The DONEE hereby informs the DONOR of her acceptance to the
donated property.
