Activity 1. LET’S MAKE A HAY INFUSION

Bottle with lid
One (1) glass of water
Hay
Four (4) tablespoon of canal water.
Tape and marker
Procedure

Boil one (1) glass of water.
Add hay and simmer for three (3) minutes.
Transfer preparation into a clean bottle and allow to cool. Do not remove the hay.
Add about 3-4 tablespoons of canal water. Cover half-closed and stand at room temperature for 34 days.
5. Label the bottle with a date.
