If option 1 and 2 are not possible, an observation of an observation of demonstration teaching via LAC. RATING SHEET/ INTER-OBSERVER AGREEMENT FORM set A ANNOTATION For set A, objective 7, I received 7. I maintain a learning environment that nurtures and inspires learners to participate, cooperate, and collaborate in continued learning. It is in a modular approach. Self-learning modules (SLM) have listed activities readily available. This requires guidance not only for teachers but parents. Supplementary materials like videos are also helpful. It creates a more engaging sensory experience than print materials alone. RATING SHEET/ INTER-OBSERVER AGREEMENT FORM set b ANNOTATION For set B, objective 7, I received 7. I maintain a learning environment that nurtures and inspires learners to participate, cooperate, and collaborate in continued learning. Though it is limited to face-to-face, group work is discouraged, but the interaction between students and teachers is precise and accurate. They can interact with each other and can direct questions from the teachers. Questions are not difficult to answer since they can help each different process new concepts. Here are some of the photos taken during my class observation wherein students participate, collaborate, and cooperate. Objective 8 Applied a range of successful strategies that maintain learning environments that motivate learners to work productively by assuming responsibility for their own learning Means of Verification Set A Any supplementary material (in print/digital format) made by the ratee* and used in the lesson delivery that highlights maintaining learning environments that nurture and inspire learners to participate, cooperate and collaborate in continued learning. activity sheet/s one lesson from a self-learning module (SLM) lesson plan (e.g., DLP, DLL, WHLP, WLP, WLL, lesson exemplars, and the likes) video lesson audio lesson other learning materials in print/digital format (please specify and provide annotations) with client/learner feedback on how the material encouraged the learners to participate, cooperate, and collaborate Means of Verification Set B Classroom Observation Tool (COT) rating sheet or inter-observer agreement form from : 1. RATING SHEET/ INTER-OBSERVER AGREEMENT FORM COT 1 SET A ANNOTATION For objective 8, Set A, the objective aims to apply a range of successful strategies that maintain a learning environment that motivates learners to work productively by assuming responsibility for their learning. With videos and audio, presenting students with problem-solving lessons could approach critical thinking and creativity. Teaching your students how to think critically and learn how to read between the lines and solve the problem is an effective way for 21st Century learners based on modern technology and how they can use it to learn more by themselves. Accompanying technology, you won't be teaching 21st-century skills since many of them rely on digital tools. RATING SHEET/ INTER-OBSERVER AGREEMENT FORM COT 1 SET B ANNOTATION For objective 8, I chose Set B. Here are some photos from my observation that show active participation in my lesson. Evidence shows that from the executed MELC-based lesson plan, learners' self-esteem, self-confidence, and self-awareness improve. Selflearning is an essential skill for children as they journey through education and beyond to adulthood. For this indicator, my rating is 7, which is an excellent indicator that I met the objective. . KRA 3 Diversity of Learners, Curriculum and Planning, Assessment and Reporting Objective 9 Designed, adapted and implemented teaching strategies that are responsive to learners with disabilities, giftedness and talents. Accomplishment / completion / technical report on the implementation of an adapted / contextualized learning program. 4. Action plan / activity proposal / activity matrix that shows an adapted / contextualized learning program. ANNOTATION The learning program conducted is for struggling readers. I have attached here the Action plan on remediation for struggling readers. Teachers use reading material following their grade level. Reading materials were carefully crafted by all teachers in PowerPoint and printed format. Parents were acknowledged as teachers' partners in enhancing the reading skills and must be taught to assess their reading ability. Remediation is done in different modalities that the learners choose. Pieces of evidence are attached for this objective. Narrative Report Reading is good for all because it improves your focus, memory, empathy, and communication skills. It can reduce stress, improve our mental health, and help us live longer. Reading also allows you to learn new things to help you succeed in your work and relationships. Sharing these benefits with our dear students is the best gift that a teacher could give I've searched learners in the list of pupils with the lowest score on the diagnostic test in choosing my target learners. This identify the level of Mother Tongue. There is a gradual improvement in my 75% of learners, so until I've seen that they reached that target competency, that's the only time I levelled up their intervention materials. At the end of the remedial program, all learners might not be independent readers. I planned to include them in the next reading program for the following school year. Objective 12 Utilized assessment data to inform the modification of teaching and learning practices and programs. Means of Verification A list of identified least / most mastered skills based on the frequency of errors / correct responses with any of the following supporting MOV 1. accomplishment report for remedial / enhancement activities (e.g., remedial sessions, Summer Reading Camp, Phil-IRI based reading program) 2. intervention material used for remediation / reinforcement / enhancement 3. lesson plan/activity log for remediation / enhancement utilizing of assessment data to modify teaching and learning practices or programs KRA 4 Community Linkages and Professional Engagement & Personal Growth and Professional Development Objective 13 Maintained learning environments that are responsive to community contexts. Means of Verification 1. Accomplishment report of a program / project / activity that maintains a learning environment. 2. Program / Project / Activity plan on maintaining a learning environment. 3. Minutes of a consultative meeting / community stakeholders meeting about a program / project / activity that maintains a learning environment with proof of attendance. 4. Communication letter about a program / project / activity that maintains a learning environment. Accomplishment Report Home visitation supports parents in better understanding their child's development skills through daily home activities. The foundation of the teacher home visit program rests on the school system's desire to increase student academic achievement, increase parent involvement, and motivate students to demonstrate more positive behaviour in the classroom. The positive impact of this program is expected because of the active participation of teachers, learners' parents and guardians, volunteer parents/tutors, and stakeholders. They provide us with their continued support so our children/learners can cope well with distance learning. To achieve the school's primary goal is to help the learners in distance learning, teachers work out different interventions to address the problems identified to help the pupils with their learning tasks and eventually improve their skills. Even though we are considering the health risk due to COVID 19 Pandemic, teachers of ______passionately provide interventions and strategies to the pupils to overcome these challenges. Personal Reflection notes The Code of ethics for teachers is designed to protect the rights of the students, all the students. Teachers must understand that when they get a teaching position, they agree to follow the Code of ethics. A teacher's job is to provide quality education to all students. A professional code of ethics must address this fact, stating that teachers must not show favoritism or discriminate against students. Teachers also must interact with students appropriately, not taking advantage of students, bullying students, or putting them down. Contact with students outside of the classroom or school building must be kept to a minimum and focus on school-related activities and events. The Code of ethics encourages teachers to use data and professional knowledge to better the school, especially the students. Teachers must carefully protect the obligation on their shoulders. It is also his responsibility to update their knowledge to reach the new learning needed for the recent time. It is expected that the school produces competent, spiritually oriented students even outside the school.
