STATEMENT OF THE
PROBLEM
This study will look into the effectiveness, usefulness and
customers satisfaction of the use of manual metal bender.
Specifically, it will try to answer the following questions:
1. What is the cost in assembling manual metal bender?
2. What are the different uses of manual metal bender?
3. What is the level of efficiency of manual metal bender
when used in the operation?
4. What is the level of satisfaction of the customers that
will be using the product

The manual metal bender was built
with more flat bars than angle bars
estimated cost is projected to be
around 1,200 Php.
2. Application of Manual
Metal
Bender
There are several uses of a bending machine but
the manual metal bender made by the researchers
is only limited to: Coining/Circling, Squaring,
Bending and Designing of window Grills. We
should take note that the size of the metal we will
going to bend is limited only to 8mm to 10mm
because the manual metal bender is not that big to
cater big sizes of metals.
3. Product’s Quality
Almost everyone agrees that product quality is
vital, but not everyone agrees on what defines
excellent quality. Some people consider a thing to
be of good quality if it is luxury or long-lasting,
whilst others may value efficiency or ease of use
(Caramela, 2022). The researchers' product is of
high quality and marketable, and it is up to the
researchers to figure out how to sell it effectively. It
is now time to see if you can minimize costs
without reducing product quality.
4. Costumers Satisfaction
The findings clearly show that all respondents are
satisfied with the quality of the manual metal
bending product; some parts need to be improved,
but that is part of the process. Respondent
satisfaction suggests a solid marketable product
and a good start for a business.

According to the table above, the study's respondents are 80
percent male and 20 percent female. Gender can influence a
participant's perspective on an issue, hence it is critical to do
research with both male and female participants. Involving
both male and female participants can help researchers
determine whether gender plays a factor in the subject they
are investigating (Enotes, 2015). It is evident that the
respondents are primarily male, and this relates to the fact
that most males work in junk shops or have expertise of using

As stated in the statistics presented in the table above, the majority of
respondents are 20-24 years old (86.67 percent), 10% are 15-19
years old, and 3.33 percent are 25-29 years old. The respondents are
mostly students, which explain why the majority of the respondents'
ages range from 20 to 24 years old. It is easy to understand that at
that age, they have the knowledge to rate a manual metal bender
because they have already learned how to operate and what the
It aligns with Perales' (2015) study, which states that
adults are generally permitted to operate metal
forming equipment or conduct dangerous jobs. 10% of
respondents were 15-19 years old, which is
considered minor, however according to Safe Use of
Machinery (2012), other young workers under the age
of 18 may also operate machinery once taught,
provided they have the necessary competence and
maturity. Take it with caution and provide additional
supervision as needed.

respondets are Bisaya (76.67 percent ). Only 3.33
percent of respondents are chavacanos, while 20%
are Muslims. This study's respondents are clearly
primarily
Bisaya.

The table in the previous slide displays the weighted
means as well as a description of each statement in the
table's second column. The data show that the majority of
the responses from 1-11 statements were "Excellent,"
indicating that the product quality of the manual metal
bender is marketable and that no parts need to be
changed, with only 1 in "very good," as shown in the table,
in statement number 4 "ability to provide design." It's
possible; the manual metal bender isn't particularly large
or small, and we might be able to improve it next time.
Don't be concerned if the product quality is low at first; this
simply indicates that there is opportunity for improvement,
which isn't always a bad thing. Listening to your clients'
concerns or suggestions can demonstrate to them how
much you respect their feedback and satisfaction
Marketing Strategy
The marketing strategy we used to sell our product
is Personal selling strategy, also known as face-toface selling in which the salesman are able to meet
with a potential client for the purpose of transacting
a sale and tries to convince the customer in buying
the product. This strategy is a promotional method
which the salesperson uses his or her skills and
abilities in an attempt to make a sale.
Conclusion
Based on the conducted data analysis and interpretation in the given
answers of the respondents, the given conclusion was drawn:
As
stated, the manual metal bender that created by the researchers is
designed in such a way that it only requires a small amount of force to
complete the task. The equipment assists us in performing things that
require little effort, such as bending.
The machine is used to bend various metal materials but only limited to
8mm to 10mm because the manual metal bender is not that big to cater
big sizes of metals. The product quality of metal bender according to the
answers of the respondents is excellent and it is highly recommendable
because the product does not require any external force or energy to
operate; instead, it relies solely on human effort, as a person may operate
the machine using only their hands, when there is no electricity, workers
can still operate and the product is only portable and it means that you
can carry it wherever you go.
Recommendation
The researchers offer some suggestions and recommendations to
this study:
Future Researchers:
Manual
metal bender designed by the researchers has limited
uses. Future researchers must upgrade the project to compete
with other bending machines in terms of its uses.
Researchers made Manual Metal Bender is only limited to 8mm
to 10mm. As recommendation, future researcher must design
and fabricate manual metal bender that can cater big sizes of
metals.

limited machinist are included; in the future, increase number of
