Summary
My totally experience more than 12 years’ Professional experience in engineering, procurement,
fabrication and construction projects in the field of Oil & Gas, Power Plant and Steel Structural Work
as Quality Control Engineer, steel structure, fabrication and installation, tanks, piping, maintenance
and Operation engineer, calibration, welding inspection, level and thickness measuring, and NDT
Inspector.
According international Code Such as ASME, API, AWS, BS, SAES, SATIP and etc.
My experience including more than Seven years in Aramco Project.
I am holding degree in Mechanical Engineering & Certified by Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE).
A summary of responsibilities includes, but is not necessarily limited to:
 Establishing and/or implementing of quality management system/ program on corporate and projects
level in accordance with international code & standard and customer requirements.
 Supervising of QC & inspection teams during project execution.
 Plan & scheduled the inspection on material delivery, NDT and daily Site inspection.
 Coordinates with other disciplines or departments to resolve interface issues and follow company HSE
requirement as far as applicable to work activities.
 Inspect and close the Non-Conformance Report (NCR) Internal or those issued by the Consultant.
 Assistance to Project manager in the client progress review meeting.
 Developing / coordinating for the submission of all Quality Plan, Procedures and ITP’s.
 Managing incoming & monitoring in process and final inspection.
 Review & Verify with Client all completed works and ensure that Report/Record as Per Client
Specification and Fabrication Procedure.
 Conduct project assessments and surveillances against all aspects of project delivery including project
initiation and management, engineering delivery, procurement, project controls and commercial status.
 Obtain and /or renewal of quality certificates i.e., ISO 9001, API Q1, ASME stamp…etc.

1-Bachelor of Chemical engineering Graduated from: Alexandria University
