Project Title: Sharing Knowledge thru Innovative Learning for Life-long Skills ( SKILLS)
Problem Statement:



Unsatisfactory physical condition of TLE/TVL laboratory rooms which is not conducive for
learning.
Mastering TLE/TVL Competencies using TV as instructional materials for better delivery of
instructions.
Poor performance on laboratory tasks due to a lack of instruments and equipment in the lab for
the corresponding TLE and TVL specializations
Project Objective Statement:
1. To address poor performance of students in TLE/TVL subject in terms of mastering
competencies.
2. To provide support to students in mastering competencies in TLE/TVL using Smart TV as
instructional materials for better delivery of instructions.
3. To provide students quality laboratory experience during their laboratory period.
Root Cause:
1. Low average grade of Students in TLE and TVL due to lack of contextualized and Localized
learning Materials, Lack of laboratory equipment and tools and lack Instructional
Materials/equipment such as TV resulting to high number of unmastered competencies.
