COMMENTS: Note is made of a 3.5 x 2.4 x 2.9 cm cyst in the left hepatic lobe. Additional 1.2 x 1.5 cm cyst is present in the right hepatic lobe. The liver is otherwise unremarkable. There is no intra or extrahepatic biliary ductal dilatation. The common bile duct measures 7 mm. Multiple gallstones are noted within the contracted gallbladder. Gallbladder wall is not well evaluated. If clinically warranted, consider further evaluation with nuclear medicine hepatobiliary scan. There is no abdominal ascites. The visualized portions of abdominal aorta present no abnormalities. The visualized portions of the pancreas are unremarkable. The spleen is of uniform echo texture and does not appear enlarged. The right kidney measures and the left kidney measures . Both kidneys are free of hydronephrosis. The right kidney contains a 12 cm cyst. IMPRESSION: 1. Two hepatic cysts. 2. A 12 cm right renal cyst. 3. Cholelithiasis.
