It does not contain artificial sugar, fats or oil. I recall learning this during my Health Education lesson. Fruits contain a lot of vitamins, and this is good for my body. In fact, I have the habit of eating an apple every Personal day during my teatime. I find the apple sweet and experiences crunchy! And like what mummy says, “An apple a day keeps the doctor away”. G Give E Elaborate by giving During Health Education lessons, my teacher taught reasons us that eating too much sweet stuff can cause our teeth to decay. This means that our teeth will spoil, and we will have to pull it out/extract it! P Personal experiences To have healthy teeth and gums, we should avoid food that are too sweet. This means we should avoid the donuts and sweet drinks. In fact, this is why mummy does not allow me to eat too much sweet stuffs.
