during my Health Education lesson. Fruits contain a
lot of vitamins, and this is good for my body.
In fact, I have the habit of eating an apple every

Elaborate by giving During Health Education lessons, my teacher taught
reasons
us that eating too much sweet stuff can cause our
teeth to decay. This means that our teeth will
spoil, and we will have to pull it out/extract it!

To have healthy teeth and gums, we should avoid
food that are too sweet. This means we should avoid
the donuts and sweet drinks.
In fact, this is why mummy does not allow me to eat
too much sweet stuffs. Our form teacher will also
nag at us when he sees us drinking sweet drinks!
