Introduction
In this written assignment I will discuss the reasons as to why I go to college. I will make
mention of the importance of college towards my personal life and how it can shape my life to
suit the environment where I do live.
Why do you want to go to college?
College is very important in life shaping and maturation of an individual. This gives me the
reason as I should join college. You can develop mentally in reasoning with people and getting
rid of unacceptable behaviors in the public. Knowing how to talk in public is all developed in the
college. Such communication skills are very important towards the future of an individual. In
order to accomplish my dream of life for example of becoming a medical professional, I had to
join college because all the necessary skills I need in management of patients can only be
attained in the college. Therefore going to college enables me to attain those skills and then
apply them later in life during the job career. Therefore for everyone who wishes to get skills for
a particular career has to join college to attain those skills and use them later. Also the desire to
get out of poverty propels me to join university because those who have attained college
knowledge are far off from the illiterates. After college you expect to get a job which can help
you overcome poverty or with the skills from the college, you can begin a private source of
income
Conclusion
Therefore in order for me to attain my dream career in future I have to join college to get the
necessary skills like the medical skills, nursing skills, surgical skills, communication skills. All
these are only attained in college by professionals.
