and alignment with the proposed framework for an Internet of Things (IoT)driven data analytics tool that encourages optimal allocation of critically
limited resources in Zimbabwe's medical and clinical institutions. This
proposed approach has been dubbed IoT-Refiner by the researcher. IoTRefiner was established through interviewing Zimbabwean medical and
clinical technology experts.
