To generate a conceptual e-layout, define machine specifications like wheel base, track width and
maximum vehicle height. Design vehicle considering Strength, Modularity, cost, Aesthetic,
Sourcing, Ease of Assembly,Ease of Manufacturing and Design for Safety. Create detail design of
individual systems consisting both functional and structural components. Integration of different
systems with the base unit and with each other. Check for interferences and optimization in
integration of systems. Finalize 3D models, generate manufacturing drawings for sheet metal
parts, welding drawings and installation drawings, and submission of data into PLM systems.
