The Project ASPIRE aims to improve
the item analysis and identify the least
learned competencies in all subject areas
thru automation of checking of papers to
lessen the burden of the teachers.
Based on REPUBLIC ACT NO. 4670, teacher must be
engaged in the preparation and correction of exercises and
other work incidental to his normal teaching duties. An efficient
teacher can also examine the test item, try to identify what was
tricky about it, and either change the item or modify instruction
to correct a confusing misunderstanding about the content.
As of the first quarter examination 28 out of 30 teachers
said that getting a validation of quarterly examination and
submission of item analysis is a salient contributor of tedious wo
rkload of a teacher.
