We, the Group 4 third year students enrolled in the course Project Management under the Bachelor of
Science in Accounting Information Systems (BSAIS), would like to conduct an evaluation of your business
system/s with the aim of providing a positive contribution in the improvement of your existing systems.
As part of our evaluation, we would like to request permission to be able to observe your operations, be
allowed to look at your records and reports and make a flow chart of your systems. Rest assured that all
