22 BASIC PRINCIPLES

Supply of pure and wholesome water
Sufficient volume and adequate pressure of water supply
Minimum quantity of water
Well designed of heating and storing of water
Shall be connected to the sewer system
One water closet and one kitchen sink must always be provided
Plumbing fixtures must be made of smooth and non abosrbent material
Adequate cleanouts
