1. What does KFC VIP mean for Colonel’s Club?
We are retiring the Colonel’s Club CRM program and updating it
to KFC VIP. The weekly offers in our mobile app are not part of
KFC VIP, and will now be referred to as KFC weekly app offers.

2. How many offers can I expect to come through?
For the balance of 2019, you should expect 1-10 KFC VIP offer
redemptions to come through per week. Expect redemptions to be
under 5/store/wk for the next 4 weeks as the program rolls out.
3. What offers are part of this new program?
See slide 6 for the offers that will be part of KFC VIP.
4. Can I sign up for KFC VIP?
Yes, and you should! Go to www.KFC.ca/KFC-VIP to sign up today.
5. What if a customer comes in and asks for one of
the KFC VIP offers in store?
Let them know that these offers are only available to KFC VIPs –
they can become a KFC VIP if they sign up at
www.KFC.ca/KFC-VIP.
6. If a customer mentions having redemption
issues, where do we direct them?
Please direct the customer to our 1800 number or KFC.ca contact
us form. CRM issues will be flagged to KFC Marketing for
resolution from these channels.
