The Harbor View Restaurant is located directly behind Quirino Grandstand on Independence Road
which is off from Roxas Boulevard. It is right next door to Hotel H2O and Manila Ocean Park.
2. Assume that you are hired as a kitchen consultant or a new restaurant Manager, how do you intend
to improve or re-design the menu?
As a new restaurant manager. I will upgrade the food list and menu in my restaurant. I will also promote
the restaurant to the other big companies so that they will get to love the foods that they have.
I will also suggest that they must put the ingredients in the menu so that the customers know what they
were eating and they must provide details and other information on the menu so that when a customer
has an allergy, they will find it easy.
I will also make an extra food like seafoods because a lot of people love seafoods and I will improve the
food offerings in my restaurant and I will make it a unique food that my restaurant will represent.
