I was born in Uzbekistan and grown up here in society which
majority of girls can choose teaching or nursing for careers. In
addition, some people think females do not need to learn computer
science or IT. However, technologies have been main part of my life
since I signed up to volunteer at one of the tech events of Google
Developers Group (GDG) Samarkand. It was completely different
event ever where I met experienced developers, IT specialists and also
my desire for technologies further increased.
After several such kind of events, they chose me as a GDG
organizer because of some organizers liked how I interacted with
people around me, they made me the head of the volunteers
In order to achieve my dreams, I decided to continue my study at
KAIST which can inspired me with system of education and
technologies. I am going to study management faculty, because in
Uzbekistan this field started to develop and is not like Korean’s. That
is way I will definitely learn how to create apps and apply them in
community in effective way. During academic years, I will organize
“Girls in management” for girls to teach them how to be successful
expert in management. This project will be taught twice a week
through network. I think manager, who knows their work completely,
is essential figure in every company. Because every member of
company follows to manager’s instruction or idea. Furthermore,
studying at KAIST can give internship opportunity for freshmen.
I do believe that KAIST can give me unlimited chances to be
successful manager in Uzbekistan. Furthermore, I know that studying
in new country is difficult because of new city, individuals and
education. But I do believe that I can easily adopt there that is because
Koreans are really kind and hospitable. (299words)

After I left the school, I entered to high school which was located in
the heart of my region. It was the best place to discover myself again
according to some reasons. Because I was introver person before
came to my lyceum and really ashamed of talking to strangers, also
clarify my ideas. The environment of lyceum was completely diffirent
from other places one my motivator, Khonaliyeva like my moter. She
was inspired me to not be afraid of speaking in the crowd and taught
how to be social active. For doing this, she made me go to “American
center “ in order to not only improve my speaking skill but also
talking without any hesitations in front of full of people. After such
kind of events I also started to conduct speaking club with my
teacher’s help at lyceum. It helped me to not ashamed to show off my
talents or abilities and realized that I missed lots of chances because
of my shyness. Furthermore , Khonaliyeva changed my way of
treating with others especially ask something from others. I used to
ask in rude way from people thats why in most circumistances my
pleases were rejected. I thanked to her for everything. (200words)

I study in Uzbek school but when I was 5 grade we started to learn
English with my classmates. Although my first language is Uzbek , I
love English than Uzbek. My parents went me to attend extra English
classes because of propensity for English Day by day, my interest to
English grew more and more. I started to apply English in my daily
life, even settings of my phone was in English, I only watched films
or videos only in English. This is really helpful for me to improve my
English fast. I told about the way for improving English within 3
weeks to my classmates but they did not believe me at the beginning
without any attempts. But one of my friend tried to it, her English
grew and others also trust my way of learning. After that, I started to
organize debate club with other English learners to discuss social
topics. I do not know how but I could organize such kind of clubs
without teachers by myself. At the end of academic year our director
thanked to me for contributing apply of English at school widely.

After I graduate high school, I wanted to teach students who studies
IT and computing from English. At the beginning of teaching, it was
somehow difficult for me. Because if I started to explain , I was afraid
of not knowing any word or information and laughing at me, but I
knew them. After several lessons I got used to teach them. I started to
hurry to teach them with not only educational books but also
according to ESL games related to technologies. Because my students
were not interested in English at first and that book had many joyful
tasks which can encourage them to learn it. One day one of my
students came and said “ Teacher, I helped to my dad to create new
application for learning IT easily using My English because my dad
does not know English so I translated words into Uzbek”. At that
time, I was hilarious and can not describe my feelings. Subsequently,
I helped to my informatics teacher to instruct pupils to programming
and creating new applications or websites. During teaching process, I
always find out at least one new things like new words or hints about
