LECHON PAKSIW by Chef Angel Luke Ingredients Leftover Lechon Lechon Sauce 2 Cans Liver spread 6 cloves garlic crushed 2 large onions chopped 2 Tablespoon peppercorns 8 pieces dried bay leaves 1/2 cup soy sauce 3/4 cups vinegar 3/4 cups sugar salt to taste Cooking Instructions 1. Simmer the Vinegar – Add the Lechon, Garlic, Onions, Peppercorns, Bay Leaves, Soy Sauce, Vinegar and Sugar to a Pot. Let it stay for our 5 minutes 2. Turn on the Heat and let the liquid simmer until fragrant. This will take 7 to 10 minutes. Don’t Stir until it is ready. 3. Add the lechon sauce and liver spread and Simmer for 10 minutes or until it reaches the desired consistency 4. Dash-in some salt to taste then stir. 5. Turn off the heat and transfer to a serving plate. 6. Serve hot with rice. Share and enjoy!
