These are the four components of fitness:

Body composition
 Body composition refers to the relative percentage of body variety that consists of body
fat and fat-free mass (everything other than fat such as muscles, organs blood, bones
and water). Generally speaking, the lower your body fat percentage the better because
of the diseases linked to excess body fat such as heart disease, diabetes, hypertension,
arthritis and sleep disorders.

Cardiorespiratory (or Aerobic) Endurance
 Cardiorespiratory Endurance refers to the ability of the heart and lungs to deliver
oxygen to working muscles during continuous Physical Activity, which is an important
indicator of physical health. This shows how efficiently your cardiorespiratory system
functions, and is an indicator of how physically fit and healthy you are.

Musculoskeletal Fitness
 Musculoskeletal Fitness is a multidimensional construct comprising the integrated
function of muscle strength, muscular endurance, and muscle power to enable the
performance of work against one’s own body weight or an external resistance.
Musculoskeletal Fitness promotes and maintains overall health and athletic
performance by an improved metabolic rate, decreased fat mass, prevention of
osteoporosis, and more independence across a lifespan. An increase in musculoskeletal
fitness, in terms of athletic performance, leads to improved agility and overall enhanced
athletic ability.

Flexibility
 Flexibility is the range of motion within a joint. Increased flexibility provides a variety of
benefits such as decreased risk of injury, increased flow of blood and nutrients to joint
structures, increased neuromuscular coordination, decreased risk of low back pain,
improved posture and reduced muscular tension.

List all your barriers to attain your Physical fitness activities for a holistic health.
State all your barriers for Physical Fitness activities encountered and give your good reasons,
why?
One of the most problems encountered is the Environment and Exercise. This is because
weather and the exercise environment greatly affects the feelings and condition of the
person who is exercising.
ANSWER:
 During my Physical fitness activities there are many common barriers to overcome, a variety of
personal and environmental barriers to engaging in regular physical fitness activities. As a
human being, engaging physical fitness activities have many more things to manage and plan,
many personal and environmental reasons or issues. But without experiences these barriers, we
never become more physically active lifestyle or having a holistic health.
The following are the common barriers I encountered during performing some physical fitness
activities;
 Time
 Energy
 Motivation
 Environment
These four are the common barriers I encountered but, aside these I also encountered like; were health
related (Fatigue, mobility, breathing issues, etc. that caused by the environmental weather)
psychological (embarrassment, fear, frustration/disappointment) attitudinal (feelings of control in their
condition, PA perception, older age perception, etc.) and motivational, the main enabling factors are
(autonomous or controlled) attitudes self regulation, and performance accomplishments. Through all
these barriers is greatly affects my feelings and condition, I feel tired and lack of energy and motivation,
I feel that I have no longer to doing Physical fitness activities. But gratefully I survived through these
barriers even a little tired I experienced during performing and most learned a lot of lessons from it, and
I encouraged to do it more properly and get a good performance at all. Being a Physical active we might
encountered many things that makes us strong and brave all the way, even it’s a hard things but we can
keep and survive it.
