Cast list/Contact sheet- all the contact info and titles of everyone involved Schedules- Production calendar (overall production dates) Tech schedule (hourly breakdown of tech rehearsal days) Costume Plot Measurement sheet- Each performer listed with measurements and sizes Script- annotated for the production Design notes- notes taken in creative and production meetings Renderings- drawings of the costume for each character w/ notes Swatches- fabric samples of what the costumes will be built from w/notes Budget- running list/spreadsheet with totals of receipts Pieces List- complete list of costume pieces including accessories and their point of origin (rented? purchased? from stock?) Care sheet(s)- pieces list with instructions for laundering/maintenance during the run of the show. rehearsal reports- if they contain pertinent info receipts- the actual receipts or copies of those turned in to theatre. Research Pull lists- items to be looked for in stock or at rental houses Rental sheets- the receipts from rental houses with itemized list of items and dates to be returned Business cards/Contact info of sources used for the show.
