Initially the project will require tensorflow and NUMPY to
started.tensorflow will we used to load the dataset and
preprocess the image
To fit into a Numpy way. We will convert the image into a
numpy array to make it memory efficient and to make the
processing faster.
Feature detection : detecting feature of faces
like nose,eye,mustache,mouth or lips.
Algorithm will be confused
