2. Process introduction
Crushing and grinding section
The forklift driver shovels gypsum ores from the material field and then put
them into hopper in front of crusher, the gypsum ores will be crushed into the size
which is less than 20mm in the crushing machine, and lastly, the crushed gypsum
ores will be elevated into the mill to be ground into gypsum powder with qualified
size.
Calcining section

The dihydrate gypsum after being calcined is elevated into the gypsum calciner
for burning through elevator, and the calciner takes the heat-conducting oil as the
fuel and adopts the method of low temperature and slow burning to calcine, which
can highly guarantee the stability of product quality.
Packing and storing sections of finished product
The gypsum powder after be calcined is elevated to the finished product silo for
storage through elevator. Under the silo, there is a packing machine which packs the
gypsum powder with 50kgs bags for sale or storage.

b) Price validity:
The price is validity within one month from the sending date of this offer .
c) Install and demo service is available, upon the customer’s request.
The cost is USD150/day for one person. The round-trip air tickets and the
accommodation is to be borne by the customer.
