1. How important are writing skills to an employee?
 Employers are increasingly looking for employees with strong writing abilities. An
employee's first impression is greatly aided by their use. When applying for a job,
delivering a proposal to a potential customer, or responding to an email, this first
impression is critical. Communication skills are gaining importance from different
professions. Communication is key to success in every aspect of any workplace.
2. What basic factors should a writer know to help him write effectively?
 A writer should be comprehensible. The details. They’re purpose of writing will only be
fulfilled when the receiver will understand the written words.

1. Why is it necessary to know your reader/audience?
 Observing an audience's mood and having a brief conversation with them can help you
discover what they all have in common.

1. How important are the minutes of a meeting? Explain.
 Everyone who reads your minutes was at the meeting and remembers how lively it was.
Those who don't go may learn to turn up next time because they missed out. For those
who want to know what was discussed at the meeting, it provides a written record of it.

written in the simple past tense.
