I choose to join Universal Health Care and offer my services to help
in coping challenges to the Health Care System. The COVID-19
coronavirus pandemic is testing the stability of health care systems,
social safety nets, and community ties around the world. The United
Nations calls on countries to support communities in need with
health, economic, and social support.. Amid the COVID-19 crisis,
supporting our local communities is essential during these
challenging times.
Volunteering and service are more important during a crisis than
ever. Social distancing does not mean social isolation. We’re all in
this together, so I choose to be a helper. Let’s all do our part as I do
my part to contribute to the common good, so that when this crisis
is over, We are proud of how we came together to keep our young
people, our communities, and our democracies thriving.
Here are my 7 offers for how I can help my community to the
coronavirus crisis:
 I will give assistance to seniors and to others who are
isolated.
- I am gonna let myself to look over with them to see what
they need, then run errands for them. Like delivering foods
and medications. I will construct cards or write letters
messages to them who can’t have visitors.
 I will help provide access to meals to the people in the
streets.
- I will donate to our local food banks. Donating money gives
food banks flexibility to buy exactly what they need when
they need it.
 I will donate blood.
- Blood is not just a beneficially indispensable fluid in our
body, it is also vitally important to life. According to WHO

(2021), “Safe blood saves a life.” Even without the
pandemic, every second of our everyday lives, there is
someone out there who needs blood. As the number of
individuals with coronavirus increases, fewer eligible donors
will be able to give making it extremely difficult for inventory
to recover if we get to shortage levels. So by just donating
my blood, I can be a hero and give others a second chance
to live life.
 I will foster animals shelters
- Many shelters have already had to close to the public and
cancel events. Fewer pets are being adopted out, even as
animals continue to come in. I will find a shelter or a rescue
organization near my community.
 I will raise community awareness about Mental Health.
- Raising community awareness of mental health issues helps
eliminate the stigma and makes it easier for people to seek
help. CFor those experiencing mental health challenges
during this time, they need our help. Raising mental health
awareness can help us to understand our symptoms, find
professional treatment, and, perhaps most importantly,
break the mental health stigma that leaves so many people
suffering in secret.
 I will create crowdsourced relief funds to help people in
need.
- Any support I can offer to organizations and groups at the
forefront of the fight against COVID-19 is positive and
impactful, no matter how big or small. In this critical
moment, our communities need us to create change in ways
that are both innovative and equitable. I will encourage
people as I do it, to raise funds initiative to support Covid-19
relief.
 I will assure to protect myself and others from Covid-19

- As the coronavirus pandemic continues to impact our daily
lives, keeping yourself and others safe is more important
than ever to help your community. I can help by just
following pandemic protocols. Following mask mandates,
adhering to travel restrictions and maintaining social
distancing is vital to help stop the spread of COVID-19.
