ABSTRACT
Telecom industry will play a vital role in delivering the IOT solutions and
services. Now a day’s, digital development overgrows, thus telecom operators should
consider IOT as the next evolution in their business plans. Telecom providers
maintain service engineers to monitor and maintain telephonic towers and
infrastructure from fire, water, wind-winds. But it was difficult to maintain and
monitor the towers in harsh environments for service engineers and sometimes it may
leads to threat for life. To overcame for such kind of situations telecom industry come
up with a new IOT solution that is SMART HELPER. It enables the 24/7 remote
maintain and monitoring system to the telecom towers. This smart device will reduce
the life threat and work of service engineers and saves lots of money to the telecom
department with effective facilities.
