Polar Bear Survival
List
• Eat mainly ringed
and bearded seals
• Live in cold climates
• Live in isolation
• Thick layer of
blubber to stay

• Do not hibernate
Whale Survival List
• Eat mainly plankton
but will also eat
krill, herring eggs,
and ghost shrimp
• Thrive in salt water
• Migrate
• Have blubber to help
them regulate body
temperature
Eagle Survival List
• Do not migrate
• Live in North
America
• Eat fish, ducks,
snakes, rabbits, and
other rodents
• Curved beak to help
them tear open their
prey
Lion Survival List
• Eat large animals
found in grasslands
• Tan color to blend in
with Savanna
• Loose skin around belly
to protect them from
wild kicks of their
prey
• Roar to communicate
territorial boundaries
