Useful Readings We will discuss how these readings apply to your assessment in the Week 2 lecture (scheduled for 9th March). They are very similar to one another in terms of how they might help with the assessment in that they can identify or provide links to some of the strategies used to create behaviour change. They are designed to be very general across multiple behaviours and it might be that there are good studies about specific behaviours depending on the topic you choose. Here I mean strategies to be about the way a message can be delivered (that is different to the content or the substance of the message). Some example strategies, might be goal setting or social support. Carey, R. N., Connell, L. E., Johnston, M., Rothman, A. J., De Bruin, M., Kelly, M. P., & Michie, S. (2019).
